Campaigns

Campaigns are the result of sending a template message to all clients in a phonebook. It can be done in the Business Numbers page. To launch a campaign of an approved template "T" from a configured business number "B" to an existing phonebook "P", click on the 3 dots to the right of "B", and then click launch. A new panel appears at the top of the page, from here, you can initiate a campaign. Simply choose "P" from the phonebooks lists and "T" from the template list. This streamlined process allows for quick and efficient campaign launches. After choosing both options, you can now send the chosen template message to all the clients of the chosen phonebook by clicking on Launch Campaign. Campaigns details are shown in the Campaigns page.
