Orders

Orders are done when the business has created and assigned a catalog to the WhatsApp account. Order is done when a customer opens the business' catalog from the WhatsApp app, chooses products and send them as a message.

A business then can setup the order by clicking on Setup Order button inside the order message itself, fill up the customers' information and then click on the Place order button at the bottom of the message. This will send the inputted information to the customer as a message, confirming the placement of the order. A customer can even cancel the order by clicking Cancel Order button in the order confirmation message

Orders Page

All the orders that the business have placed are in this page, along with all the order's information, there is also a status. You can change the status of each order to either placed, canceled, or delivered. Once you place the order form the chat between you and a customer, it saves in this page with a default status of placed. If a customer decided to cancel it (by clicking on the "Cancel Order" button), the status will automatically changed to Canceled. However, you can always change the status from the table.

You can also view the products of the order by clicking on View button for each order.
